As the European leader in talent acquisition, Alexander Mann Solutions embarked on an intensive strategy review process followed by a brand overhaul, so all their stakeholders and staff understand who they are and what they stand for.
The outcome
The project started with a light refresh of the existing logo, fine-tuning the crest and adding a gradient to give it depth. The colour palette was enhanced to be more vibrant with the lime green, complimented with bright colours and angled shapes to convey energy and confidence. Brand guidelines were created to support the staff carry the brand’s new voice. The new website successfully acts as a brand carrier and offers a warm and engaging experience for all audiences. A brochure builder was created to compile all the pages visited by the user into a downloadable PDF. The website won one award at the Digital Impact Awards.
